T his Festival, taking place on Juneteenth Weekend in Jacksonville, FL, is created to activate the North Bank Riverwalk (outside of the YMCA on Riverside Ave) while stimulating the senses via Vendors, Food Trucks, Activations, DJ's and Live Music Performances.
