This class is for the intermediate cookier or for someone who picks up on new concepts pretty quickly! If you have limited experience with sugar cookies, found yourself frustrated with royal icing, or if you're trying to have fun with family or friends, this is the class for you! We’ll be decorating six ladybug-themed cookies – we have “mush” to learn!We provide everything you will need from cookies, icing, sprinkles, and a box to take your awesome creations home in - we just need YOU! Each to-be-baker gets 6 cookies, 5 icing colors, sprinkles, and all the tools necessary to knock this cookie class out of the park! Everything is prepped right before class – so no baking or icing mixing required. Just decorate!This class is on Sept 26 at 1:00-3:00pm. We will start promptly at 1pm so we can have enough time to decorate and answer questions along the way.Come by yourself, bring your best friend, or bring the family - we have seating for up to 10 people! It's a blast whether you're coming with a friend, family member, or solo!This class is good for ages teens-adults, but if you'd like to have the kiddos at home try cookie decorating , purchase an add-on kit (more on that below)! The kits are great for kids at home, plus - we'll send you the class PowerPoint so you can teach them yourself!🐞Can I purchase an additional take-home kit?Yes! Many parents or practicing cookiers purchase additional class kits to take home and re-do the classes. You can purchase an add-on kit during check-out. Your kit will be available at the end of your class - so don't forget it! Meet your Baker!!!Who doesn’t love going out and doing something fun while also eating delicious cookies!? That’s what Bebes Bakes is all about!These classes are based in Wando/Awendaw area of Charleston SC and cater to the beginner cookier or to the person who has taken a previous cookie class and understands the basics – but if you’re new, still grab a ticket, we’ll get you caught up! Whether you just want a fun date, a girls-or-guys-night-out or just want to explore what cookie decorating is on your own - we have a seat for you.For our classes, all you will need to bring is yourself (and an apron if you are a messy decorator), and I’ll take care of the rest. Oh – and bring eyeglasses so you can see the instructional PowerPoint if your eyesight is anything like mine. You will get a set of pre-baked cookies (pretty tasty if I do say so myself) as well as all the supplies you will need to decorate them during the class. You will leave the class with your very own box of your very own newly decorated cookies!A little about me – I’ve been baking &amp; decorating sugar cookies since 2018 and I’ve not put down a scribe since (don’t know what a scribe is? I’ll teach you in class!). My favorite cookie themes to decorate are whimsical, but I can do pretty much anything if icings involved. I love what I do –who wouldn’t love making cookies?! It’s the sweetest job in the world!Oh yeah - I have classes throughout the year which highlight different themes so make sure to sign up for our newsletter so you can get in on the cookie action!

Wondering what you need to bring to have a successful time decorating? Well – nothing’s required – but here’s the things we recommend if you’d like to elevate your experience!• Bring an apron! Things can get messy when you’re workin’ with royal icing – so grab an apron (bonus points if it’s cute – I’ll definitely be asking where you got it). • Bring your glasses! There’s a reference slide deck to help you decorate, but if things get blurry far away, seeing glasses may be a great bet.• Bring your phone! I love it when students take pictures throughout class – so bring a phone• Bring a good attitude! Cookies are fun, but they're also challenging! A good attitude makes all the difference.

ADD ON / DIY KITSOrder your sugar cookie class kit and take the class home with you to teach a child or friend! These class kits come with everything you'll use in class, and I’ll email you the class PowerPoint so you can follow our step-by-step instructions from home! Cookie Class DIY Kits are created before your class, and you'll pick them up and take them with you after class. How long can a kit last? Depending on how you store your icing, your kits can last for a week or longer. Freezing cookies keep them fresh for a long time, but I recommend using your kit as soon as possible - ideally in the first week after you've taken it home. Cookies are heat sealed for freshness – but again, use it in under a week to make sure it tastes the best.

Allergen Disclaimer / Class Cancelation Policy / Weather Policy / Fees Disclaimer Allergens: Heads up – these cookies include the following ingredients: Flour, Sugar, Butter, Eggs, Salt, Vanilla &amp; potentially other flavoringsPlease note – these cookies are prepared in a kitchen that also bakes with common, known allergens: nutsPlease consider your allergies before registering.Class Cancelation Policy: Classes may be canceled at the discretion of me, the event host. This rarely happens – but in that extremely rare event that it does, you’ll receive a 100% refund including your Eventbrite fees. Classes with attendance below 2 will be canceled. Don’t be sad! You can either have your ticket moved to a future class (along with my apologies), or a full refund! I’ll let you know if your class has low attendance 5 before the event is canceled so that you can bring a friend (hint hint) or find other plans for that day. Weather Policy: Sometimes Jack Frost (lol yes even in the low country), Severe Storms/Flooding, doesn’t play well with cookie class schedules, and Mother Nature seems to be takin’ notes. In the event of inclement weather, I’ll contact you with options – these may differ depending on the weather event but rest assured – we’ll figure something out! Everntbrite Fees: Your ticket price includes your ticket fees; however, Eventbrite does not refund its fees. If you cancel your ticket and request a refund prior to the cancelation window expiring, I’ll happily give you a refund less the Eventbrite fee – since I don’t get this fee back either. Eventbrite keeps it regardless of whether you show up or cancel. I know – I hate it too!

Refund/Cancelation policy! If you can't make the event for any reason, no worries. You have options!1. You will have up to 5 DAYS to cancel your ticket for a full refund (less the Eventbrite fee).2. You have the option to roll your ticket to my next event.3. You can bless a friend and transfer it on.4. I’ll gather all your supplies and make a fun cookie kit with instructions to decorate at your convenience.**Please keep in mind: Everything is baked fresh and prepared 5 days prior to the event for all participants.
