Do I need to bring my own ingredients for the meal being made during the event?

Yes, you will be provided a virtual shopping list via email, this should make it a quick and easy process to have the items you need delivered directly to your doorsteps!

What happens if I can't make it?

No worries! We will attempt to backfill your slot with someone from our waiting list. If we are able to do so, you will receive a full reimbursement. We do ask that you attempt to inform the Lov team of your inability to attend at least 24 hours prior to the event.

I am having technical difficulties during the event. What are my options?

You will receive our tech support email once you have purchased a ticket for an upcoming event.
