A plant based sharing plates feast created by Hannah, chef and owner of Losow kitchen to really celebrate the summer season!

The menu:
hummus, green shatta, sourdough
kombucha marinated strawberries, ‘cheese curds’, pine nuts, bitter leaves
fritto misto, tahini satay courgette, yuzu whipped tofu, peanut, pickle samphire
miso roasted new potato, sesame
grapefruit posset, campari, jalapeño
Menu is entirely vegan and low in gluten, although not suitable for celiacs. Menu is subject to slight changes due to seasonality and availability of fresh produce!
