The International Migrants Alliance (IMA)is the first-ever global alliance of organizations of grassroots migrants, refugees and displaced peoples.Together, we are migrants rooted in the struggle against imperialism, fascism, and the forced displacement of our peoples.TheSeattle Interfaith Migrants Rights Alliance (SIMRN)isa network of congregations, faith communities, individuals of conscience, and partner organizations based in Central and Southeast Seattle who arerooted in and called by the heritages of our faiths and spiritual traditions to respond to injustice and to care for the people in our neighborhoods. We are supported by theChurch Council of Greater Seattle, and are a member of theWashington Immigrant Solidarity Network (WAISN).

The <A HREF="https://www.facebook.com/CSESeattleIMRN/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Seattle Interfaith Migrant Rights Alliance (SIMRN)</A> and the the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the <A HREF="https://wearemigrants.net/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">International Migrants Alliance</A> (IMA-PNW) invite you to our upcoming screening and discussion of Los Eternos Indocumentados (The Eternally Undocumented). Los Eternos is a documentary exploring root causes of forced migration from Central America and the experiences of people who make the perilous journey to the United States from El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras.
We will follow the film with an audience discussion with support from local experts, and we will present ways to take action to provide solidarity to migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border and here in Washington State. We will welcome donations at the door to support local migrant justice organizations.
Because our goal with this event is to build awareness, community, and solidarity, we are especially looking to make this event welcoming and accessible for people who aren’t as knowledgeable about Central American migration.
The building’s entrance, doorways, and bathrooms are all wheelchair accessible and we will prioritize front row seating for hard of hearing people during our discussion. Spanish interpretation will be available during our discussion after the film.
