About this event

Join us at the Longmont Library for our monthly mindfulness activities desgined espeically for kids and teens, although everyone is welcome to participate! These engaging and educational events are completely free, with all necessary supplies provided at no cost while supplies last. Our focus is on promoting self-care and emotional well-being through fun and interactive mindfulness activities and exercises. From mindful breathing techniques to creative expression activities, each session offers a unique opportunity for young minds to explore the importance of mental health in a supportive environment. Don't miss out on this chance to learn valuable skills for managing stress and fostering resilence.

Registration is suggested, but is not required. This is an open event provided on a first come, first serve basis. Drop in anytime between 3:00-4:30 pm.


Activities are facilitated by Bilingual Community Health Worker, Maritza Rodriguez from Mental Health Partners.
