Are you ready to allow profound shifts and elevations in your life?

The Miracle Mantra of Guru Ram Das plants the seeds and provides the nourishment for our highest thoughts and intentions to manifest. It is easy to chant, it reveals dimensions here and beyond, it opens perceptions, and it gives prosperity by helping you to release blocks and realize your gifts. This mantra penetrates every cell of your body, opens and clears your heart center, and allows your inherent, inner Light to be your Guide.

This long mediation consists of chanting “Guru Guru Wahe Guru Guru Ram Das Guru” five times on each breath, balancing the five elements of manifestation (earth, water, fire, air and ether). We repeat those five repetitions 108 times, taking you on a tour of every aspect of existence with Love as your Guide. And we repeat the 108 repetitions 11 times, clearing the karmas, surrounding your life with angelic hands, entering into a meditative experience beyond time and space. Chanting this mantra in this manner (requiring four hours) heals the deepest of wounds, opens you to your highest caliber of excellence, and creates immediate, profound and lasting effects on your life.

Schedule:

  • 1:30-2:00 pm: Arrive; prepare your space; practice stretches to help you sit
  • 2:00 pm: Initial Tune In; Warm Up and Stretching Exercises; Instructions and Recommendations
  • DOORS WILL BE LOCKED AT 2:00PM - NO LATE ENTRANTS
  • 2:25 pm: Silent Meditation to Set Intentions; Final Tune In
  • 2:30 pm: Chanting the Miracle Mantra of Guru Ram Das (4 hours straight)
  • 6:30 pm: Remaining Still in Shuniya / Complete Silent Meditation
  • 6:35 pm: Savasana (Deep Relaxation); Re-entry into the World Stretches
  • 6:55 pm: Long Time Sun Blessing

To prepare for this meditation, between reading this and coming to the meditation: be mindful of your heart space, eat lightly, act with kindness toward yourself and others. Prepare your intentions of transformation.
