* Develop confidence and get fit at the same time!* Discover what your body can do!Meet the Instructor:Jacabel started really early to involve in the artistic world, her mom was a ballet classic and gymnastic teacher.Watching her mom taking classes to later become her student till she turned 8 years old, when she took the audition for the professional ballet school “Escuela Superior de Musica y Danza de Monterrey INBA (Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes)” where she had a very successful career (1995-2004) she won a few internal school contests such as: Best choreography group and best performer.In 2001 she was selected to the international school student exchange between “Escuela Superior de Musica y Danza de Monterrey” and “L’ècole superieure de ballet du Quebec” in Montreal Canada” giving Jacabel a new fresh air of what is dance for her.She graduated in 2004, dancing “Vid’s fairy from Sleeping Beauty” , Kitri 1st Variation and pas du deux “Swarm” choreography from Rosario Murillo .This last one with a modern style get jacabel to be more interested in discovering other skills getting her into the circus entertainment becoming aerealist, contortionist, hand balancer, fire dancer and costume designer.She traveled the Mexican republic performing with different companies.In 2008, she became an Independent Artist creating her own productions company called “Jakauska”, presenting acts such as: Dance, Aerialist, Contortions, Fire, Hand balancing, Acrobatics and more.In 2013, Jacabel got an audition to perform in Germany the passion she perceived got her into a new world of body movement and spirituality connecting present moment with emotions, she created her own dance style combining different techniques classic ballet, hip hop, belly dance and yoga showing the crowd a freestyle performances, also she have a unique motive on why she enjoys doing ‘Freestyle Performances’.She likes to “feel” as she calls it the “Unique moment” as well as enjoying the peoples vibrations and emotions. She says dancer represents ‘The visual part of the Music’. Currently, she is certified as pilates instructor working with babies, adults and injury persons, she help others in her livestream as motivational speaker, makeup artist, online performer and coaching classes such as: yoga, pilates, aerialist, lollipop and kinesiological stretches techniques (flexibility).C.E.O Founder of “Metamorphosis by Jacabel” an Art Handicraft Recycling Brand.
