Sound Baths have become very popular in the last few years because they reach deep inside to help us relax our mind and body. @Logos we call Sound Baths Tune Ups!, a vibrational immersion using bowls tuned to the Chakras. Additional sound elements are used including a Gong that helps release blocked energy.  The result is a calm mind and nervous system. This technique is perfect to add to your self care routine. 
With its low key, peaceful setting and comfortable recliner chairs, Circle Community Acupuncture is an ideal location to experience a sound bath. You can choose to purchase a comfortable recliner chair or purchase a spot on the floor where you can roll out your yoga mat to experience the benefits of vibrational healing. Doors Open @ 5:15. Door closes @5:30 pm. Please arrive on time. What to bring: Eye Mask or Bandana, Water Bottle, Light Blanket. Yoga or Camping Mat if you purchase floor space.
