A partnership with the Adams County Workforce & Business Center provides valuable services designed to assist companies in successfully recruiting highly trained and qualified employees. Employers also have access to a diverse set of resources and expertise at the Workforce and Business Center that can be customized to meet their workforce needs. Adams County Workforce & Business Center

The Advanced Manufacturing Technician Apprenticeship Program is a nine-week certification program designed to certify candidates with the skills necessary to build electronics hardware and develop an exciting career in space operations.
Participants are paid and offered benefits during the nine week training program. Candidates who successfully complete the program may be offered full-time employment at Lockheed Martin. 
The curriculum includes solder certification, cable harnessing, and conformal coating training. Training takes place on the Waterton Campus and is taught by Lockheed Martin Space Systems instructors.
No experience necessary!
Interested candidates must be available for assessment testing immediately following the information session.
