Content localization can be expensive but is often part of the cost of doing business. If your content isn't already translated into other languages, it should be ready for it. In this presentation, you will learn about how to ensure your content is effective for English users while also enabling an efficient translation strategy. You will also learn about various translation strategies and tools, including the pros and cons of each.
<H2>About the Speaker</H2>
Chris Bono is the Knowledgebase Manager at ESET North America, located in downtown San Diego. Chris has been working with online content for the past 10 years and is currently responsible for a global support website with content that is translated into 11 languages. Chris earned a B.S. in Journalism & Public Relations from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and earned a Web Publishing Certificate from UCSD Extension.
