A community-owned cooperative store and cafe, dedicated to the freshest local produce, non-GMO and certified organic groceries, and high-quality vitamins, supplements and beauty items. Starting on the backporches of a small group of impassioned food pioneers, Oryana now serves the Northwest Michigan Area as the country's first Certified Organic Retailer that supports over $3 million of local farmer and vendor sales annually. It's a full-service grocery store that is deliciously different.

Online Zoom Class - Be inspired to cook with local fall veggies.

<p>Follow along with Chef Loghan Call to explore how to best use local late season crops from our local farmers! With the cold months fast approaching, we must get ready to be creative with our winter storage crop vegetables in the kitchen. In this class, Chef Loghan will cover a wide range of creative uses with vegetables like squash, kohlrabi, cabbage and more! From sauces &amp; marinades to main dishes, we’ll cover a range of flavors and ideas that will keep you inspired in the kitchen while supporting our local farmers. You will be able to cook right along with Loghan in your own kitchen. We will send recipes and login details a week before the class. A recorded version will be available after the class.</p>
