Welcome to the Living With Loss Grief Circle!
Join us for a safe and supportive online space where we can come together to share our experiences, emotions, and coping strategies while navigating the journey of grief.
Whether you’re dealing with the loss of a loved one, job loss or career change, chronic illness or a major diagnosis, a relationship ending, or any other significant change/loss, this circle is here for you. When groups are separated by type of loss, they’re often focused on the pain of the loss. Here, the focus is on healing and a willingness to try tools to help move forward. We don’t have to have the same loss to do that together. The various experiences can offer diverse perspectives, allowing us to consider things we may not have otherwise considered as we take tentative steps towards healing.
You may not have chosen all the changes or the loss in your life, but you get to choose what happens next. All of us in grief have this choice, as hard as it may be to recognize it and step into it.
Adrienne will guide the conversation and provide resources to help you feel supported and less alone. Our experiences may not be the same, but the need to be seen and supported is universal. Let's lean on each other as we navigate this challenging time together.

- Everything we share here will be kept in this container of confidentiality.
- Please bring your full presence to the Circle. Silence your phone, shut down your work. Cameras on. Really give your loving attention to who’s speaking. Let’s be together.
