TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

All times, venues, and events are subject to change. Must purchase a pass for the entire weekend to attend any event. Lanyards must be worn at all times for entrance to each event.

FRIDAY, AUGUST 30

4 pm VIP & VIP+ Passholder Check-In

Meet us at the Turner Theater in The Factory at Franklin for check-in. The Factory is a unique, historic complex with a variety of shops and restaurants to enjoy while you wait.

5 pm All-Access Passholder Check-In

Check-in anytime between 5-6:30pm before dinner. Take this time to explore the factory before the event doors open.

5 pm Exclusive VIP & VIP+ Pass Welcome Reception

Limited availability - must have VIP or VIP+ Weekend Pass.

Join us for an exclusive VIP reception to kick off the weekend! You will be the first to get your Meet & Greet photo with Danny while getting to know the other VIPs.

6 pm Event Doors Open

6:30 pm Dinner & Dessert

Enjoy a meal from one of Franklin’s iconic culinary favorites.

8 pm Full Concert

After dinner you will be treated to a full show from Danny’s band featuring fan favorites you know and love! AND you get to help decide the set list!

SATURDAY, AUGUST 31

Spend the day at the Morehouse, Better Than I Found It’s facility and property in Antioch, TN. This will be the venue for the remainder of the weekend’s festivities.

Breakfast - on your own

The event brochure you’ll receive at check-in will have lots of suggestions on some of our favorite places in the area.

10 am Meet & Greet Group #1 for Full Weekend Pass Holders & Chance to shop the merch table!

Weekend Pass Holders will have a scheduled time for your Meet & Greet and photo op with Danny, so the lines won’t be as long. Your scheduled time will be shared with you prior to check-in.

11 am Q & A with Danny and Leyicet

This is your chance to get answers to the burning questions you’ve been dying to ask about life, music, what’s next, etc.!

12 pm Better Than I Found It Giveback & Lunch

This will be an opportunity to get an insider view into Danny’s nonprofit and all that goes into Better Than I Found It’s ministry.

2 pm Icebreakers, Games & Gokey Karaoke

You guys loved this last year, so we’re kicking it up a notch! This is the time to get to know your fellow fans at the event, as well as play some games with Danny and his band.

4 pm Writers’ Round with Danny & Friends

Writer’s rounds are a staple in Nashville, giving you the chance to hear stripped-down versions of favorite songs from those who wrote them. Danny will be joined by several of his friends for an intimate acoustic time of sharing the songs they’ve written.

6 pm Cookout and Campfire Night

Enjoy some food hot off the grill with Danny and the other weekend passholders. It’ll be a night full of fun and a few surprises!

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 1

9-10 am Meet & Greet Group #2 for Full Weekend Pass Holders & Last Chance to shop the Merch Table

Weekend Pass Holders will have a scheduled time for your Meet & Greet and photo op with Danny, so the lines won’t be as long. Your scheduled time will be shared with you prior to check-in.

9:30 am Coffee & Pastries (available for all)

Enjoy a pastry and cup of coffee before heading into worship!

10 am Worship Service

Danny and the band will lead us in worship, followed by a message of encouragement and prayer time with Danny and Leyicet to wrap up our time together.

12 pm Weekend ENDS for All Access & VIP Pass Holders

If you are flying home on Sunday, we recommend not scheduling your outbound flight before 2:30 pm.

5 pm Exclusive VIP+ Dinner

Those that purchased a VIP+ Pass will be invited to share a meal with Danny and Leyicet in a more intimate setting. Details on this exclusive opportunity will be sent to your email prior to the start of the weekend.

FAQ, Terms, & Conditions

Are transportation and accommodations provided?

Guests are responsible for their own overnight accommodations and transportation to/from all events. There are blocks of discounted rooms available at a couple of hotels close to where the events will take place on a first-come-first-serve basis. You can choose to reserve one of those, or find other accommodations in the Franklin, TN area. You can book these discounted rooms through the booking links provided in the section above.

*Note - The AC Hotel is slightly closer to Antioch, which is where our venue will be on Saturday and Sunday. The other two are closer to the Factory at Franklin, our venue for Friday night.

How should I get around?

We recommend attendees have access to a rental car or coordinate transportation with a friend prior to arriving.

When do I check in?

You should make plans to arrive for check-in between 4pm and 6pm on Friday, August 30, 2024. If you purchase a VIP or VIP+ weekend pass, you should plan to check-in before the exclusive welcome reception, which begins at 5pm. If you purchase an all-access weekend pass, plan to check-in between 5pm and 6:30pm.

Where can I find more information?

A more detailed schedule, event information, and recommendations will be regularly emailed to all Weekend Passholders before the event to assist with planning, along with a weekend event page link that will be sent directly to your email. New information and event updates will be refreshed on the event page as the event grows closer. Email any other specific questions to info@livinlavidagokey.com.

When does the last event end?

The final event for Weekend Passholders will end at approximately 12pm on Sunday, September 1, 2024. (If flying, we recommend scheduling your outbound flight after 2:30pm). If you have reserved a VIP+ Weekend Pass, your last event will end around 8pm on Sunday, September 1, 2024.

What is the refund/cancellation policy?

Refunds up to 75% are available through June 30, 2024. Refunds up to 50% are available in July 2024. No refunds beginning August 1, 2024.
