Join Lili Hanft, FNTP for this virtual cooking class and cook along to make a healthy BBQ lunch. All recipes are free of gluten and refined sugar and made from nutrient-dense whole foods. You will receive a shopping list and recipes ahead of time so you can cook along with the presenter.

Parking: Please note that parking in the City Market Downtown lot is not available for class participants. There is free 2-hour parking available at the Burlington City parking garages, located on Bank Street and Cherry Street. Parking in the City Market South End lot is permitted.
