Open session &amp; mini workshop. BYO computer!Livecoding is the act of writing code to create art or music in real time.Livecoders come from a wide range of backgrounds, and many are self-taught.The most popular tools are free open source software. Anyone can get started! Outline2:00pm<ul><li>hangout</li></ul> 2:45pm<ul><li>mini workshop: Mixing Colors in Hydra</li></ul> 3:00pm<ul><li>session: open cables</li><li>projector and speakers are provided</li></ul> Parking &amp; EntryLocation is Switchyards Virginia Highlands club room. This venue requires climbing stairs for entry and may not be accessalble to people in wheelchairs. (sorry, trying each switchyards once! we will look for alternate entry points here.) Free parking is across the street at North Highland Park. There is also a paid lot behind the Switchyards.
