Are there film related rules I need to know?

Accepted Answer

No Artwork, photos, bands, brands, logos on clothing.
No getting up to purchase drinks, use bathroom, etc during show.
No talking during show (There will be mics in audience)
Arrive early and no later than 15 minute before showtime.
No kids

Question 2

What if I'm late?

Accepted Answer

Arrival times start at 4:30 early and 7:30 for late.   lf later than 5:45 pm for early or 8:45 for the late show, you will not be admitted. no refunds. We have to control arrivals for the nature of filming this for streaming platforms.

Question 3

What can I wear?

Accepted Answer

Please dress to impress. The following are not allowed:

Art, logos, brands, bands, photos, etc on shirts.  Anyone wearing these will not be admitted. This is for filming laws regarding copyrigh.

Ballcaps are fine but no tall hats.

Question 4

What happens if I talk during show?

Accepted Answer

It will be a major problem. There will be mics in the audience for laughter capture for the broadcast, so even whispering can be a major problem and possibly ruin all the hard work and money everyone has put into making this a big success for Mandee and you may be asked to leave without refund.

Question 5

Will there be coat check?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As soon as you enter. Please tip the staff.

Question 6

Will there be food/drinks?

Accepted Answer

No food. We highly recommend purchasing drink tickets here in advance to save time/hassle the night of. There will be a preselected menu of cocktails available, and the bar will be open for custom drinks, but this will slow down the process. Pre-purchased tickets our for HOUSE drinks.

Can I bring kids/minors?

NO kids. This show is definitely rated R, NC-17 for topic and vulgar language. We will allow ages 16 and up with a guardian.

Question 8

Is this show political?

Accepted Answer

No, this show is not political or persuasive. It doesn't pass judgment one way or another as to what is right or wrong. This is the personal storytelling about women's experiences related to breast surgeries, miscarriages, infertility and abortion.

Question 9

Will I be on camera or on TV?

Accepted Answer

We can't guarantee you will end up in the end production, but it is very likely you will be on camera. They will be everywhere, including on audience during the show.  You will have the opportunity to say stuff on camera before and after the show as part of the behind the scenes.

Do I have to speak on camera before or after show?

Accepted Answer

You do not have to, but it is helpful to us! One) It helps us for our grant reporting to show people's thoughts before and after the show. Two) Some of these may be used for future promotion or the behind the scenes video about this event or docu-style videos about Mandee.

Question 11

Where do we park?

Accepted Answer

There is a lot across the street and to the right of the Biscuit Lounge. There is also street parking. Please secure your belongings.

Question 12

Will I get to meet or talk to Mandee?

Accepted Answer

All VIP ticket or table purchasers will have access to the after party meet and greet with Mandee at 11 pm. Unfortunately Mandee will not be able to mingle before this time.

Will there be Merchandise?

Yes.

No. Because this is a live taping, we cannot have people coming and going during the show. If you have a medical reason you may need the bathroom in the 1.5 hour show, please let us know asap at jessicainlouisville@gmail.com so we can place your seat at the back.
