One of the first rhythms structures Layne Redmond taught at my first workshop was a rhythm structure accented in the groupings of 3 3 2.

We will develop a relationship to this one structure.
The approach lays a foundation for different possibilities.
This is not a workshop to learn a pattern but to
have an approach to discover patterns within a rhythm structure.
We will look at a grouping method.
This allows for a little opening for spontaneity while playing
Explore 3--4 groups
Explore group combining
Explore spontaneously choosing while playing through prompts
We will look at weaving subdivisions as well as ghost notes
