I’m Doctor Pre, a spiritual being of light, natural born spiritual medium and holistic healer. As a reiki master, psychologist + LCSW, I am committed to providing culturally responsive healing that validates and supports the lived experiences of Black Indigenous People of Color. I am the founder and Goddess of Light for Vibrate Higher & Evolve, an organization committed to showing up for Black, Indigenous, People of Color in a major way as it pertains to mental health and holistic wellness. Our mission is to raise mental health awareness and increase holistic wellness by meeting individuals where they are, promoting vibe-care, self-care at the vibrational level, advocating for and providing access to culturally competent care, educating, promoting the performing arts, mentoring and sporting high quality mental health fashion that encourages and normalizes conversations about mental health. Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing often referred to as a subset of alternative medicine according to the International Association of Reiki Professionals. It was developed by Mikao Usui in 1922 and is interchangeably referred to as palm healing or hands on healing. The word reiki combines two Japanese words, rei and ki when broken down, it stands for universal (i.e., rei) life energy (i.e., ki) with a practice based on the idea of an unseen life force energy. Improving the flow of energy around the body can serve as a conduit for pain relaxation, blockage removal, and healing from various physical and mental health symptoms. Exposure to both internal and external stressors can trigger sympathetic nervous system activity (i.e., flight, flight or freeze responses) negatively impacting bodily functions such as heart rate, blood pressure and digestion. Reiki helps us maintain parasympathetic activity where rest, relaxation and digestion occurs.

Sound healing is a holistic practice that uses the vibrations and frequencies of sound to promote relaxation, healing, and a sense of well-being. Sound is known historically to impact our physical, emotional, and energetic states. Different sound healing techniques involve the use of various instruments, vocal tones, and frequencies to create positive effects on the mind, body and soul. You will receive a one hour sound healing session with alchemy crystal sound bowls at the 528 hz frequency which is known to repair DNA. Crystal bowls are made of quartz or other crystal materials and produce pure, high-frequency tones. They are used to promote relaxation and healing. Additional sound healing instruments such as Tibetan sound bowls, chimes and tuning forks from going up to 963 hz will also be used in your sesssion.

In this live healing session, you will receive a full distance reiki session, combined with sound healing and an in depth consultation and education about where your blockages are within the chakras, meditation and holistic healing tools for each blockage. This restorative somatic work will promote mental, emotional, physical and spiritual alignment, while providing grounding, peace, harmoney, higher levels of consciousness and alignment. In addition to consultation and deep healing with Doctor Pre, your session also includes and spiritual and intuitive guidance and restorative practices expertly tailored just for you.

Who Can Join: Our Reiki Healing Circle is open to everyone, regardless of your level of experience with Reiki. Whether you're a certified Reiki master or just curious to learn more, you're invited to become a part of our community.

When and Where: As of now, we gather on Sundays at 11:11 AM online unless there is a better time that works best for most people. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Don't forget to bring an open heart and a willingness to explore the world of energy and intuitive healing.

How to Join: To participate, simply RSVP/Register. You will receive the Zoom link to join the meeting and all other necessary details and updates about our upcoming events.

Investment: The fee to attend our live healing is $222. We believe in making the benefits of Reiki and holistic healing accessible to all and have listed limited donation based tickets. Our sessions are also offered virtually so that you can attend regardless of where you are in the world and we offer some of our tickets on a limited, first come, first served donation basis. Your contributions helps us sustain our community and spread the positive energy of Reiki.
