About this event
Our 'Littlest Dancers Showcase' will give our youngest students the opportunity to step on stage and perform for their parents in an intimate and friendly environment.
You'll find the programme for our pre-show and showcase below.
Tickets are now on sale here. Please be sure to purchase the tickets you need by May 9th as we will open ticket sales to the rest of the school and the public on May 10th. If you would like to stay to watch the older dancers' showcase, we will open ticket sales for that on May 10th as well. I will send the link on the Full School WhatsApp group. It's wonderful if the little ones can see what the older students are showcasing to feel inspired.
Please do note that we are a small school with a small staff so this showcase is planned to be casual and relaxed. It may not run like a professional performance. You can expect small delays between dances, for example, to allow children to change costumes and prepare for their next number. We also do not want this to be stressful for the little ones so if we need to start a dance again or take extra time to settle them on stage, we will. We want this to be a positive experience for everyone.
KT Creative has hired a videographer and photographer to capture the event, so parents are able to sit back and take it all in. All families will receive a copy of the video as well as any photos taken.*
*The videographer and photographer will do their best to feature all of the dancers, but given they will shoot from one angle there may be moments your child cannot be seen and they may not appear in the photos.

We will send an email to you after our final production meeting with the drop location and time. We will also update that information here at the start of June.
No. Children must arrive with their make up and hair done for their first dance. They should be wearing their first costume and bring along their subsequent costumes in a garment bag labeled clearly. Do not forget all shoes, tights, etc that are needed for all the dances they will perform.
Please send a small no-mess snack and water bottle clearly labeled with their name. You should also prepare their own vanity case with extra hair pins, small hairspray, brush, make up for touch ups, etc.
We have a quick turnover between shows so we will return the children to you in the theatre after curtain call to avoid any confusion and to allow the theatre maintenance crew to clean and reset for the second show.
Unfortunately no. We have a supervising adult in each of the two change rooms as well as a teacher / volunteer in each room helping with quick changes, etc. You'll be enjoying the show and we will take care of the rest.
