Little Nice Write-In

Join us for an indoor/outdoor write-in at Little Nice Workshop in Lincoln, RI.

Join LitArts RI on Sat, May 16 from 10am-1pm for a community write-in at Little Nice Workshop in Lincoln, Rhode Island. Little Nice is a community-centered space where writers and musicians can grow, take risks, and make meaningful work. Check out their studio and settle in to write, or bring along a chair or blanket to enjoy the outdoor space along the Blackstone River (the ground is gravel, but picnic tables are available). Meet fellow creatives, learn about events and opportunities with LitArts RI and Little Nice Workshop, and spend time generating work in an inspiring environment.

• Water/beverage (no alcohol please)

About Little Nice Workshop

Little Nice Workshop exists to create thoughtful, community-centered spaces where writers and musicians can grow, take risks, and make meaningful work. We believe in generosity, clarity, craft, experimentation, and the power of a room full of people who are genuinely rooting for one another. Little Nice Workshop was founded by Jillian Jackson and Bradford Krieger. We operate in partnership with the Big Nice Studio team with a mission to nurture writers and multidisciplinary artists in Rhode Island and beyond. We collaborate with award-winning instructors, editors, and visiting writers from New England and across the country.

Please note that Big Nice Studio space is wheelchair accessible and the restrooms located there are wheelchair accessible as well. The current Little Nice area is stair access only. If you have tested positive for Covid-19 within a few days of attending an event at LitArts RI, please contact Staff so we can let others know of possible exposure. We ask that you wait 14 days or until testing negative to return to the Center.
