About this event

  • Event lasts 5 hours 30 minutes
  • Meet time will be 8:30 am. We will meet at Big Creek Park, then take half the cars to the start point. We will hike back to the endpoint, when those that left cars there will shuttle the others back to their cars.
  • Be prompt. We will leave for the start point at 8:30. If you are running a few minutes late, please call (330) 550-2322. If you are more than a few minutes late, be prepared to catch up to the group from the start point.
  • We will hike rain or shine, but not in dangerous weather. Please check your email the morning of the hike for last minute details or cancellations.
  • This is a medium paced group (~3 mph). The total distance will be about 10.8 miles. If you need help staging your car for a shorter hike, please let us know in advance.
  • By attending a hike, you recognize and agree that you are responsible for your own welfare. Hike leaders have no medical or emergency training and are only making the arrangements for the group. Know your abilities and hike at your own risk.
