It all began with a one-room log cabin on the Kansas Prairie. Here is where the story begins.
The cast from Little House on the Prairie are hitching up the wagons and headed to Independence, KS on May 31-June 2, for one most amazing & unique experience. We are celebrating 50 years of the Little House on the Prairie TV Show.
We are excited to be bringing this event to the Little House on the Prairie Museum in Independence, KS. Experience the history of the Ingalls Family that lived here from 1869-1871 and the birthplace of Carrie Ingalls.
You’re gonna LOVE it! And now we are bringing in the Little House cast in.
LHOTP original cast members scheduled to appear for the Kansas 50th Anniversary Celebration will include: Alison Arngrim (Nellie Oleson), Charlotte Stewart (Miss Beadle), Dean Butler (Almanzo Wilder), Wendi Lou Lee (Baby Grace Ingalls), Pamela Roylance (Sarah Carter) & Jennifer Donati (Baby Rose Wilder), David Friedman (Jason Carter) Olivia Barash (Sylvia Webb), Jennifer Steffin (Young Rose Wilder), Tracy & Victor French (children of Victor French-Mr Edwards).
A Friday Night LHOTP “Prairie Remembers “ Dinner will take place at the Civic Center, 410 Pennsylvania Ave. In Independence, KS at 6:30 pm. The dinner will feature pork chops or cinnamon chicken breast and all the fixins! Who’s doing the cooking? Now, here where it gets good! The evening will honor many cast members who are no longer with us! A very moving night of stories of beloved cast members told by their friends & collegues. Ticket price is $175 and includes a photo with the LHOTP cast. This will sell out quickly.
Saturday VIP Breakfasts will be held at 8:30 am with the LHOTP cast, again at the Civic Center. VIP Breakfast tickets are $100 each. This will also sell out quickly.
The LHOTP on the Prairie meet and greets will be held Friday noon- 4pm, held at the Little House on the Prairie Museum, 2507 CR 3000, Independence, KS.
Saturday Meet & Greet will be from 10 am- 4pm & again on Sunday noon-4pm. Ticket Cost is just $12. Kids 3-12 are just $6.
Note: Saturday & Sunday Meet & Greet will be held at the Civic Center.
The cast will be available for photos, autographs and will have a huge variety of their merchandise for sale. Cast Autographs are $10, selfies $10 & autographed photos are $20 each.
Many activities will be held at the Little House on the Prairie Museum, 2507 County Road 3000 in Independence, KS. Such a fantastic setting.
