FEAR MKE or F.E.A.R. (Forget Everything And Run) is celebrating 11-years of bringing together individuals who have a passion for health, fitness, socializing and running!Established in May 2015, F.E.A.R. is a run crew that focuses on diversity, prioritizes runner safety, and bridges the fitness gap in Milwaukee by introducing running as a method of being active, while building relationships. Our crew is not just geared toward the “traditional” runner, but all levels of running – experienced, new and those still on the couch. Our crew members and future crew members will be exposed to unique opportunities and are represented throughout Milwaukee and beyond.

Light the Hoan, Inc

LIT FROM WITHIN.A waterfront, community celebration of movement, music, and light being held under the lights of the Hoan Bridge in partnership with Light the Hoan, Inc. MKE Yoga Social, &amp; City Limits Run Club featuring:<ul><li>Live DJs</li><li>Glow body painting</li><li>Local vendors and food trucks</li><li>Hydration stations</li><li>Community raffle</li></ul>Join FEAR + City Limits Run Club as we co-host a 2 - 3 mile community run/walk. MKE Yoga Social will lead two different yoga sessions: a glow yoga session or a restorative yoga session.Please note: Both yoga sessions are offered on a Pay-What-You-Can basis. A suggested donation of $20-$40 is appreciated. Your contribution supports Light the Hoan and helps MKE Yoga Social continue creating accessible community wellness experiences throughout Milwaukee.Registration is free. Donations are optional and appreciated.
