When does the bingo game start?

Doors open at 4 p.m. for a social hour to interact and make new connections, and bingo starts promptly at 5 p.m. Being on time ensures you can enjoy each round, appreciate the samples, and learn trivia about our featured artists.

What happens if I'm running late?

Running late? No problem, it happens to the best of us. Just show up, grab a card, and jump right into the game. However, if you're more than 15 minutes late, you'll need to wait until the next round to participate. We won't replay the earlier bits to keep things fair for those who were on time

Will food be available at the event?

Enjoy burgers & impossible burgers courtesy of sponsor 7th Street Burger. Explore local spots like Peaches HotHouse (7-min walk), Rocco Pizza III (5-min walk), or Frog Wine Bar (30-sec stroll).

Are tickets available for purchase at the door?

Last-minute planner? No problem! Limited tickets will be available online on the event day at 11 AM.

I got excited and realized I double-booked. Is there any way I can get a refund?

Please note that partial refunds only apply to tickets purchased two weeks before the event. Unfortunately, tickets bought after this period are non-refundable. Sorry!

Due to a last-minute change, I can't attend. Can I request a refund?

Life can be unpredictable, but refunds aren't possible after the deadline. However, email us to receive complimentary tickets that honor your order.

I left my punch card at home. Can I get a stamp next time?
