Liquidation Rally 2018 is a wort rally produced by the joint efforts of Lion Bridge Brewing Company and the Cedar Rapids Brewing Society.
As part of your registration, you will receive a quantity of unhopped, unboiled wort.  This years wort will be crafted from Lion Bridge's Yard Sale IPA.  About the wort:
SRM will be about 4.7 pre-boil. Pre-boil gravity will be greater than 1.058, but less than 1.075; it all depends upon the final run-off volume, which is proportional to the number of entries. The wort will not contain any hops. The wort will be held at 190 degrees for 20 mins to pasteurize, cooled, and then moved to the vessels for pickup.

Registration via Eventbrite          4/5/2018 - 4/17/2018
Vessel Drop Off at Lion Bridge   4/19/2018, no later than 8:30 PM
Vessel Pick Up at Lion Bridge    4/20/2018, beginning at 4 PM (see the CRBS Facebook page for additional info)
Entry Drop Off Dates and locations will be posted on the CRBS Facebook page, 2 twelve ounce bottles, as per BJCP guidelines are to be submitted for scoring.
Happy Hour/People's Choice Pour Event at Lion Bridge   6/24/2018 starting at 3 PM, winners of the Competition and winners of the  People's choice will be announced no later than 6 PM.   Scoresheets will be available at the Pour Event.  You must be at least 21 years of age to pour samples at the Pour Event.
