    Marcus Reliford has worked in the grocery retail industry for over 18 years. He held several positions over his 18 year span; including store director, district manager, and various other leadership positions. He has made a tremendous impact on his community by providing exemplary mentorship to those under his direction. He most recently opened a consulting firm Reliford Investments to help small business owners and entrepreneurs grow/scale their business. The consulting firm dives into the operations of the business owner; including sales, profit, marketing, hiring, and best business practices. He has made a major impact in growing brands in Michigan for the Taste of Black Spirits legacy.

    Dolly Gray is the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of The Bar Book, LLC, a veteran and minority owned business. Dolly is also a practicing attorney with over 25 years of experience. A longtime wine and spirits enthusiast and U.S. Army veteran, Dolly combines her exquisite palate and knowledge of flavor profiles with her tenacious work ethic and leadership abilities. She is responsible for the brand’s image, experience, promise, and promotion. In fact, she is the vision behind The Bar Book logo. Dolly ensures that The Bar Book maintains a professional image while appealing to all users across a diverse marketplace. She leverages her experience and combines her efforts with her partner and husband, Michael, to design, develop, and market The Bar Book mobile application. The Bar Book is designed to help consumers find their personalized drink recommendations based on their individual flavor profiles. Users make simple selections while our flavor matching technology calculates the most likely matches to an individual’s flavor profile. As a user continues to rate and review products, their flavor profile will evolve. The Bar Book also has a business platform that allows brands to create customized pages, receive real-time analytics, and share the flavors of their beers, spirits, and cocktails with the community of users. Dolly is responsible for formulating the brand strategies to share our capabilities with distilleries, breweries, and bars to increase their brand awareness and enhance their customer experience. Dolly retired as a Colonel from the U.S. Army after 21 years of active military service. At the time of her retirement, she had served in a variety of critical assignments, specializing in team building, planning, research, operations, international relations, and the practice of law. Dolly led multiple teams and managed large operational budgets to create cutting edge solutions and enable innovative operations. Her key military assignments include serving as the Chief of Staff for the U.S. Army Reserve Legal Command, the Security Justice Advisor for the United States Security Coordinator for Israel and the Palestinian Authority, and as the Staff Judge Advocate (General Counsel) for the Army Support Activity, Fort Dix, at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. Dolly continues to exercise her legal intellect as a civilian attorney for the Department of the Army.

    Adie Akuffo-Afful is a Strategic Partnership Manger at Black Girl Ventures where they provide underrepresented entrepreneurs access to community, capital and capacity programming to further their entrepreneurial journey. Prior to his time at BGV Adie headed venture for equity crowdfunding platform Wefunder. On his off hours Adie is a burgeoning angel investor and entrepreneurship advocate.
