Ticket booths are open daily 10am - 4:30pm weekdays and 9:30am - 4:30pm weekends and holidays.
Your ticket will be valid for admission during this time period.

There is an inherent risk to COVID-19 exposure in any public location where people are present. By visiting Lion Country Safari, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID -19. COVID-19 can lead to severe illness and death.
Please bring your own masks, personal protective equipment, and sanitizer.
Observe all social distancing protocols we have put in place and be mindful and respectful of other guests and our staff who are social distancing.
These tickets are valid for the date you have selected.
Open attractions may vary as we re-open. Purchase one ticket for every person 3 years old and older in your vehicle. Child tickets are for Children ages 3 - 9. For all guests over 9 years old purchase a Regular ticket. Children 2 and under are free.
Last vehicle admitted at 4:30pm. Pets and soft-topped vehicles (ex. convertibles, Jeeps) are prohibited in the drive-through safari for safety reasons.
Truck beds must be empty for the drive-through safari.

Do I need to come at the time on my ticket?
You can arrive any time during open hours, 10am - 4:30pm weekdays and 9:30am - 4:30pm weekends and holidays.
How do I apply a discount coupon when purchasing tickets?
No discounts are available. The tickets are discounted from our pre-COVID-19 prices.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. We are working to minimize interactions between our staff and our guests. You can show your phone or provide our ticket booth attendants with your name and they can look you up.
What is the refund policy?
We will gladly provide refunds on unused tickets prior to expiration.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes. We just need a valid ticket for each person entering.
If I have an annual pass do I need to buy a ticket?
If you have a valid annual pass, you do not need to purchase tickets. If you would like to renew an expired annual pass please stop at the front office before you go to the ticket booths.
