All Eventbrite tickets are valid for up to 6 months after the date of purchase and are not date specific. The date and time on the event indicates the end of a sales period. The tickets can be used later within the 6-month period.
Purchase one ticket for every person 3 years old and older in your vehicle. Child tickets are for children ages 3 - 9. For all guests ages 10 years and older, purchase a Regular ticket. Children 2 and under are free.
Pets and soft-topped vehicles (ex. convertibles, Jeeps) are prohibited in the drive-through safari for safety reasons.
Truck beds must be empty for the drive-through safari.

Do I need to come at the time on my ticket?
Ticket booths are open daily 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. Please use your ticket within six months of date of purchase.
How do I apply a discount coupon when purchasing tickets?
No discounts are available.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. We are working to minimize interactions between our staff and our guests. You can show your phone or provide our ticket booth attendants with your name and they can look you up.
What is the refund policy?
We will gladly provide refunds on unused tickets prior to expiration.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes. We just need a valid ticket for each person entering.
Can I upgrade my Eventbrite ticket to an Annual Pass?
Yes you can! Bring your tickets or confirmation to the Main Office and we will apply the cost of your single-day admission towards an Annual Pass. Prices are $100 per Child (ages 3-9), $120 per Regular (ages 10-64) and $110 per Senior (ages 65 and up). Prices are subject to tax, and passes are non-transferable.
If I have an annual pass do I need to buy a ticket?
If you have a valid annual pass, you do not need to purchase tickets. If you would like to renew an expired annual pass please stop at the front office before you go to the ticket booths.
