In this interactive workshop, you will learn about the benefits of moving, both monetary and non monetary, tips and tricks for a smooth transition, moving resources, and so much more. The Semper Fit Dietician will be joining us to talk about healthy choices while on the move.
DIY will be led by Semper Fit Dietician on a nutricious, yet filling salad bowl to learn easy "on the go" meals while living in hotels, or on the road.
