IFMA is the largest and most widely recognized professional association for facility management. Across the globe, the Association’s 24,000 members are represented in more than 100 countries.Locally, the Northern Ohio IFMA Chapter represents 80+ members in the greater Cleveland, Akron and Medina areas. Members represent a variety of organizations and corporations, including Allstate Insurance, the Center for Health Affairs, the Cleveland Foundation, Jones Day, Progressive Insurance Co., Sherwin Williams.The Chapter’s Board of Directors meet monthly at varying locations throughout Northern Ohio and welcome all Chapter members to attend and join in the discussion. Bring an idea. Share a best practice. Present a challenge. Make an introduction. Reach out to our Chapter Administrator atOhioIFMA@att.netfor more information upcoming meetings.The Chapter also regularly hosts facility tours, professional development events, and networking opportunities throughout the year. Locations vary throughout Northern Ohio, to ensure all members have a convenient opportunity to participate and be engaged. Previous tours have included Progressive Field, the Cleveland Playhouse, Allied Technologies, Parker Hannifin’s corporate headquarters, and Saint Martin de Porres High School.

The training will be held in the dining area on the lower level.
Everyone must bring their laptops (for best results do not try and utilize your cell phone or an ipad for this workshop).

This power hour will dive into your profile with an interactive, hands-on (bring your laptop - not an ipad or your cell phone) tutorial of how to best use LinkedIn to accomplish your personal and professional goals. Join us and get linked in!
 
Of course, libations always help us think more creatively and clearer, so there will be plenty of libations to partake during this session! Kind of like a "LinkedIn &amp; Libations Happy Hour!

I earned my BA in History from Northwestern University and MS in Industrial Relations from Loyola University of Chicago. I have been certified as a Senior HR Professional by the Society of Human Resource Managers and am certified as a Registered Corporate Coach. I am a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers, the Association for Talent Development, the International Coach Federation, and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
