The training will be held in the dining area on the lower level.
Everyone must bring their laptops (for best results do not try and utilize your cell phone or an ipad for this workshop).
Think of this as an hour of pure professional development that can help you in your career, and if you are a entrepreneur, it can help your business. It is LinkedIn 102.  You have a LinkedIn profile, but what do you do with it?  How can you use it to connect and network? What else can LinkedIn do for you?

This power hour will dive into your profile with an interactive, hands-on (bring your laptop - not an ipad or your cell phone) tutorial of how to best use LinkedIn to accomplish your personal and professional goals. Join us and get linked in!

Of course, libations always help us think more creatively and clearer, so there will be plenty of libations to partake during this session! Kind of like a "LinkedIn & Libations Happy Hour!

Like Don Quixote, I tilt at the job search process so companies and candidates can make a better talent match. I’ve been doing that for years, trying to solve complex business problems so the people and organizations I work with can thrive.

The techniques we practice at The Interview Doctor come directly from my personal experience as a candidate organizing my own job searches, creating a better way to interview and as a business leader, figuring out how to “network” as a shy person to get ahead in my career.

Job search is a repeatable process, regardless of your role. Without the right plan and quality tools to navigate the process, your search for a job or the right candidate will take forever and feel awful.

COMPANIES: Hire the right talent and don’t waste time on mass produced job searches that don’t yield the results you seek. We help you become more effective with your talent search. We establish a system to attract the best talent, create interview questions based on competencies and improve the candidate experience so you can find the right match for the job.

SPEAKING: As a Speaker & Author, I love presenting to groups on topics that include: better recruiting techniques, resumes, job search, career planning, LinkedIn for job search, strategic people planning.

I earned my BA in History from Northwestern University and MS in Industrial Relations from Loyola University of Chicago. I have been certified as a Senior HR Professional by the Society of Human Resource Managers and am certified as a Registered Corporate Coach. I am a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers, the Association for Talent Development, the International Coach Federation, and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
