Jonathan Barnes is a Special Agent (SA) with the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security Office of Export Enforcement. The Bureau of Industry and Security’s mission is to advance U.S. national security, foreign policy, and economic objectives by ensuring and effective export control and treaty compliance system and promoting continued U.S. strategic and technology leadership. SA Barnes joined the Bureau of Industry and Security in 2002, and is the Forward Assigned Agent in Huntsville, AL.Topic: Export Control OverviewSA Barnes will present an Export Control Overview detailing the Bureau of Industry and Security’s regulations and policies.FREE TEAMS Virtual Event . Login credentials (TEAMS link) will be sent via separate email on Monday November 15th and a reminder Wednesday Nov 17th.**We change the link for each presentation, so you cannot use an old link to get into the current session. That will be the only link available to get you into the session. Once you get the link, you can test it immediately. You will not get into an event, but it should put you into the “lobby.” If you get that far, it should work for the session that Thursday. If you do not get put into the lobby, please let us know and we can try and troubleshoot the problem.Also, if you are doing it from work, you may need to talk to your IT department to see if they can help you.Looking forward to a big turnout!
