Lineman U Camp

Welcome to Lineman U Camp!

This camp is a high-energy, fundamentals-focused camp designed specifically for youth offensive and defensive linemen ages 7–13. This camp builds strength, technique, footwork, confidence, and discipline — all while keeping the environment safe, structured, and fun.

Your athlete will train like a true lineman with drills designed to build the foundation they need on the field:

Proper lineman stance, hand placement, and explosive first-step training.

⚡ Footwork & Agility Drills
Ladder work, mirror drills, change of direction, balance, and coordination.

🛡 Block Shedding & Leverage Techniques
Safe, age-appropriate instruction on leverage, hand fighting, and shedding.

🏋️‍♂️ Strength & Conditioning
Body-weight training, core strengthening, and controlled power-building drills.

🎯 Run Block & Pass Block Technique
Correct form, angle understanding, and body control for both offensive and defensive situations.
