Join us for a tour through the new and improved Linear Park, beginning at Walnut Street and concluding in the heart of the park. This special "Hard Hat Tour" offers a rare glimpse into the changes underway in one of Macon's cherished green spaces.

Starting at 11:30 AM, this hour-long journey will delve into the rich history of the Pleasant Hill Neighborhood, leaving from Booker T Washington Community Center (401 Monroe St). Our guided walk will highlight the crucial role of the GDOT mitigation plan in shaping the park's future. As we navigate the construction and potential of this area, we will discuss the ongoing needs for improvement and the process of community engagement that shapes these developments.

This tour is an excellent opportunity to learn about the final plans for the park and the collaborative efforts driving its revitalization. Tickets are limited to 30 guests, ensuring an intimate and informative experience. We are asking for a suggested donation of $20 per guest for tickets.
