As a member of Pace Morby's SubTo community, I've had the privilege of learning from some of the best in the industry. With 30 creative financing transactions under my belt, I've been fortunate to gain valuable hands-on experience in the world of residential real estate.
My journey into real estate began during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, I worked as a travel Registered Nurse, but as circumstances evolved, I found myself drawn to the opportunities presented by real estate. Since then, I've transitioned my career and dedicated myself to mastering the nuances of real estate creative finance.
Operating primarily remotely, I've embraced a flexible approach to my business, allowing me to maintain a part-time nomadic lifestyle while still running my team and serving others on their journey. This here is one of my greatest assets. I strive to build my life by my design and build my business around that.
I'm grateful for the chance to share my experiences and insights at the summit, hoping to offer practical advice and inspiration to fellow professionals navigating the complexities of residential real estate and creative financing.
