Meredith MacLeod Davidson is a Glasgow-based poet and writer, originally from Virginia. Their debut poetry pamphlet, Transpiration, was published in October 2025 with ignition press. Meredith’s poetry has been published in journals that include The London Magazine, Gutter, Foglifter, and Puerto del Sol. Meredith is the co-founder of crisp packet poetry and co-curates Glasgow’s Discount Guillotine reading series.
Sophie Robinson is a writer living in Norwich & London. Her debut novel Prairie Oyster was published by Fleet in February 2026. Her poetry collection Rabbit (Boiler House Press, 2018) was the Poetry Book Society Wild Card Choice. Her work has been published in Granta, The Guardian, Stylist, BOMB Magazine, The Believer, N+1, The Poetry Review and The White Review. She runs Devotion, a radical and inclusive online creative writing workshop series, and publishes regular essays on feeling at her Substack Feelings Almanac.
Parel Joy is a poet, writer and zinemaker. Their poetry pamphlet The Queen of Cups and Other Poems was published by SPAM in 2022. They run DykeHouse Press, a zine project based between Glasgow and Amsterdam, which has published 3 zines of dyke poetry and one anthology zine of love letters, the recently published Leatherdyke Love Letters. They translate poetry from Dutch into English, and English into Dutch – most recently Maarten van der Graaff and jimmy cooper. Parel is working on their debut collection. www.pareljoy.xyz
L Scully is a living writer. They are the author of SELF-ROMANCING from Dopamine Books LA and Semiotext(e). L is a cofounder of Stone of Madness Press, a literary magazine publishing queer, trans, and neurodiverse experiences. They are an awardee of the Independent Press Award’s “40 Under 40 in Publishing” and run a New England-based reading series for emerging queer writers. They think that friendship is the most important part of literature.lscully.com
Jane Goldman is a Poet, Critic and Textual Editor, and likes anything a word can do. She lives in Edinburgh and works at Glasgow University. She is a member of 12, a collective of women poets based in Scotland, and of the Writers' Shift at the Fruitmarket, Edinburgh. Her poetry books include SEKXPHRASTIKS (Dostoyevsky Wannabe, 2021) and Catullus 64 (Main Point Books, 2023); and, with members of 12, Pink Witch (Main Point Books, 2024); and with Colin Herd, Nicky Melville, Iain Morrison and Maria Sledmere, NOT JUST A NY QUINCUNX(Mermaid Motel, 2024).
KD Sims is a smut poet. Her work is featured in Stone of Madness Press, Dream Boy Book Club, Pitymilk Press, Womanwood, an imprint of Cutt Press, Hooligan Magazine, and elsewhere. Sims’ debut poetry collection, I Cut My Nails for You, is published by Discount Guillotine. She is currently in the studio recording. Audiobook coming soon.
