Ask a Cinemark associate for a Ultra Stereo Headset, which provides the guest with personal amplified sound featuring separate audio tracks, or a Neck Loop device, which connects directly to the guest’s T-Switch hearing aid or implant.

What is closed captioning technology? Ultra Stereo Closed Caption Receivers and Closed Caption screen kits are devices that attach directly to the guest’s cupholder, displaying captions throughout screening. Ask a Cinemark associate about Closed Caption to get set up.

Ask a Cinemark associate about Descriptive Narration, and they will provide an Ultra Stereo Headset, and/or a Neck Loop device, which will transmit detailed narration throughout the screening.
