Light Up with Color! Join us for a calming, in-person coloring session where you can learn about the power of mindfulness through art! We will explore how coloring can help you relax and feel good mentally.

An assortment of individual coloring sheets, collaborative coloring posters, and tablets will be available for participants to experience coloring both on paper and in the Happy Color App! Colored pencils, markers and other art supplies will be available, and participants are welcome to bring their own preferred coloring utensils too. Snacks and beverages will be provided.
