This 40-hour journey is an experiential deep-dive designed to integrate the wisdom of the chakra system into your daily life and personal goals.About Our Training​Key Program Features:Three-Fold Approach: Explore your energetic anatomy through Yoga, Healing &amp; Expression, and Life Coaching.Tangible Results: Move from foundational knowledge to deep personal practice to:<ul><li>Heal emotional blocks and physical imbalances using targeted Yoga and Energy Healing practices.</li><li>Translate self-knowledge into daily life by applying Life Coaching techniques to change habits and cultivate sustained harmony.</li><li>Sharpen intuition and discernment to move toward a direct experience of unity and spiritual self-realization.</li></ul>Your Three Lead Teachers:<ul><li>Javier Wilensky (Yoga Philosophy &amp; Practice): Guides you through the philosophical map, Asana, and Pranayama.</li><li>Magali Wilensky Hertz (Healing &amp; Expression): Focuses on energetic healing through rituals, sound, and artistic expression.</li><li>Selina Wilensky (Life Coaching &amp; Integration): Uses coaching techniques, powerful questioning, and guided journaling to uncover deep insights, remove limiting beliefs, and apply chakra wisdom for tangible, real-world change.</li></ul>​Dates<ul><li>Start Date: Friday, April 24th (Initial session),</li><li>Regular Meetings: After the initial session we will meet Mondays and Wednesdays only. From 9:30am to 1:30pm.</li><li>End Date: May 25th.</li><li>Total Credits: 40 hours, which can be recognized by Yoga Alliance.</li></ul>
