No, you just need to show up and engage. If you already have a vision, or at least an idea of what you'd like to create, you're encouraged to work on your example and challenges during the session.
You're encouraged to share the information and this experience with others. However, pre-registration and tickets are obligatory. There's a discount and donation option that might be a good fit, if you'd like to offer this as a gift and have a joint experience.
It's one hour transformation experience. During the session we have creative short breaks. You're invited to have with you what you need to feel good, relaxed and open to learn and lift up (something to drink,something to eat, comfortable clothing, comfortable and peaceful environment etc.).
