The Rundown:
🔥 Warm-Up: Start with a 10-minute mobility session to get your body primed.
💪 Workout: 45-minute strength session using weights and bands—suitable for all fitness levels!
🧘♀️ Yoga Flow: Wrap it up with a 20-minute yoga session to leave you feeling strong, refreshed, and restored.
What to Bring:
✔️ Outdoor runners 🏃♀️🏃
✔️ Water bottle 💦
✔️ Yoga mat 🧘♀️ (or a towel if you don’t have one!)
✔️ Your best attitude and good vibes 🤙

After the workout, stick around at Railside Brewing for a post-sweat bevvy (beer, mocktail, whatever fuels your soul) and some tasty eats! Plus, we’ll be drawing for some awesome local prizes—don’t miss your chance to win!
Why We’re Doing This:
This month, we’re proud to raise funds for Paws It Forward, a local, volunteer-run rescue dedicated to saving and improving the lives of dogs in need. A portion of every ticket sale—and 100% of raffle proceeds—will go directly to support their mission of rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming vulnerable pups throughout the Okanagan and beyond. 🐾
