About the Workshop Leader
Kamna Narain (CoachKamna) is a certified integral coach who works with individuals on self-development by integrating mind, body, and heart. With over 12 years coaching experience, Kamna has facilitated the MyLife MyChoice Transitions Group for low vision/blind participants and offers these groups to people with chronic health conditions and disabilities.
At age 9, Kamna had rare and severe disease called SJS/TEN. She attended school, followed by four years at the University of California, Davis. She has been a working professional in the corporate world for 25 years, and has had her own consulting practice since 2013. As a result of SJS/TEN, Kamna is legally blind, has Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder (COPD), and a few other smaller but ongoing health condition.
Kamna is a music lover, podcast addict, bookworm, expert binge watcher of movies/TV shows, benign political/news junkie, and an amateur party planner. Kamna enjoys dining out as well as hanging out on social media. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and shares a home with her mom, but their cat is the one who rules the home.
