Life Sciences Summit 2017

TheCenter for Biotechnology, an Empire State Development Division of Science, Technology & Innovation, Designated Center for Advanced Technology in Medical Biotechnology, is a cooperative research and development partnership between universities, private industry and New York State. It is involved in the discovery and early stage development of commercially promising technologies resulting from academic research, and the creation of strategic infrastructure that promotes the growth of the life sciences industry.

The Life Sciences Summit is a investor and business development conference that highlights emerging companies and academic innovators. The objective of the event is to connect biotech innovators with capital and industry partners they will need to move new discoveries into clinical development. The two-day program includes plenary sessions and business workshops, panels of thought leaders and presentations by promising young companies with transformative science that targets unmet medical needs with large potential markets. The 2017 Event will be held in New York City on November 1-2 at 10 on the Park at Time Warner Center, located at 60 Columbus Circle, NY NY 10019.
Refund Policy: Registration cancellations must be made in writing.  Fax and telephone cancellation requests will not be accepted. An administrative fee of $100 will be assessed for conference cancellations made between October 1 and October 18, 2017. Cancellations received after October 18, 2017 and no-shows are not eligible for refunds. Please submit conference refund requests to Kristina Duryea: kristina.duryea@stonybrook.edu. 
Online & Onsite Partnering: Meeting delegates will receive instructions on how to access the event's online and onsite partnering system via email once their regsitrtation is complete.
