Life Force Activation is a powerful energy transmission technique that activates and aligns your vital life-force energy within, allowing you to connect with yourself on a deep energetic level and experience profound internal shifts.In a session, participants lie down on a yoga mat. Curated music is playing to take you on a journey. Facilitator may touch you on some energy points in the body. That’s it! What happens on the inside is another story. Each session is unique and experience can range from physical sensation of energy, emotional release of unprocessed trauma, somatic alignment through spontaneous body movements, receiving visions or insights, feeling sensations of love, bliss, oneness and so much more.&nbsp;&nbsp;As the energy moves through your body, it brings your system into alignment, clears energetic blockages, helping to unlock a deeper sense of joy, peace, love and vitality. Activated energy body accelerates your innate ability to heal, transform and evolve. Profound internal shifts happen after each session, effecting all areas of your life.&nbsp;~ Experience heightened awareness and expanded consciousness.~ Release energetic blockages and old patterns that no longer serve you.~ Tap into your innate creativity and intuition.~ Cultivate a deeper connection with your true self and the universe.~ Step into a state of alignment, vitality, and empowerment.&nbsp;*** To prepare for the session, it's best not to have food 2 hours prior.
