Bailey Contemporary Arts

Life Drawing, also referred to as Figure Drawing, is the best and quickest way to improve your drawing skills and your visual perception. Life drawing trains your eye to catch things that photos do not show. Therefore, learning to master ﬁgure drawing is more than bones and muscles, it’s about the subtle differences and minor details such as weight-bearing and positioning that translates to all forms.
During this three-hour session, live models pose draped for short gesture, as well as longer poses. This program is ideal for individuals interested in portrait painting, character design, illustration, animation, anatomical drawing, however, ALL artists beneﬁt from Life Drawing sessions.
We are excited to be able to bring this opportunity to all artists through our Life Drawing Studio at <A HREF="https://www.facebook.com/BaCAPompano/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Bailey Contemporary Arts</A> in the <A HREF="https://www.facebook.com/mypompanobeach/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">City of Pompano Beach</A>.
Artists are invited to bring their own materials and supplies. This activity doesn’t provide formal instruction; participants work at their own pace and in their preferred medium. Space available for 6 participants per session. Ages 18+
General Admission $20 Students $10
