Liberating Structures Immersion Workshop — November 2025
Overview
Liberating Structures is a set of principles and tools that promote active, engaging group participation in classrooms, meetings and workshops of any size.
The very best way to learn Liberating Structures is to experience it, and that's what an Immersion offers! In much the same way you can immerse yourself in a language, you will be immersed in two (full) days of Liberating Structures: we'll overview a structure, give you the opportunity to experience the structure personally, and then debrief the experience and discuss what you learned (and what questions you still have).
Through this experience, you'll become more comfortable with the structures, and will gain confidence in using the structures to meet your needs.
Feedback from former participants:
- "Thank you for this wonderful experience! You made this feel very welcoming and accessible for people with all levels of experience."
- "I feel ready to fully design my next event."
- "This was an incredible experience. I loved the exposure to so many structures, explanations on how to customize and pair, how we were able to apply [to our] current efforts. I'll be able to apply these right away."
- "Great examples, lots of practice, valuable insights from the group. Gave me confidence to move into independent facilitation."
In order to customize the experience to meet your needs, we'll ask you to complete a short intake survey.
