Welcome to LHM Presents: Recharge & Renew series for Entrepreneurs!

Join us for Recharge & Renew series, a transformative 4-week series designed specifically for BIPOC/LGBTQAI+ entrepreneurs. BIPOC/LGBTQAI+ entrepreneurs need to prioritize their well-being as they navigate the demands of entrepreneurship and social impact work.

This weekly series offers entrepreneurs to pause, recharge, and reconnect with their inner selves amidst the demands of building their businesses.

Through guided movement practices, restorative exercises, and mindfulness techniques, participants will cultivate a deeper mind-body connection, fostering self-confidence and resilience.

Weekly sessions will consist of every Wednesday in May 8,15, 22,29 at Heyground Space:

  • Morning Meditation- 10:00a- 10:55a
  • Lunchtime yoga-1:00p- 1:30p

Jazy Melendez (E-RYT, CYT)

Creator of Lofty Heights Movement

Jazy has been a Yoga Educator, and mindfulness and meditation teacher for over 10 years.

She is passionate about movement, social justice, and accessibility. With over 10+ years of experience teaching yoga to children and adults in New York City, she is committed to bringing more movement-based and wellness practices to communities by connecting with practitioners, school teachers or anyone who wants to bring the practice of yoga to their community in a relatable, inclusive way.

As the world adjusts to meet the collective shifts in culture and society, she wants to empower BIPOC to enhance their resilience, build healthy habits, and cultivate confidence and strength within their bodies. Our body is not only the longest relationship we will have, but it is also the one place we can always call home.
