Change the Norm

The LGCOG Conference will be held in Geraldton, Western Australia and hosted by City of Greater Geraldton CEO, Ken Diehm.

The Conference will examine and consider how local government CEO’s can bring about improved organisational effectiveness and better serve their community through cultural change, innovation, and changing the “norm”.

Geraldton is approximately 400km north of Perth, Western Australia. Daily flights between Perth and Geraldton are available.
