He is a Sr. Technical Specialist for Canon’s Marketing / Content Mgmt. &amp; Bus Partner Support group and has taught printer workshops for a wide variety of audiences ranging from groups of hundreds to individualized one-on-one sessions. Over the past 14 years, Ross has had the opportunity to travel the country teaching people on all levels of experience from the beginner photographer looking to print their newly shot photos to the experienced professional photographer who sells prints as an income generating business.As a Sr. Technical Specialist at Canon USA, Ross supports a wide range of educational projects including live &amp; virtual educational programing, research and development.
