About the speaker
Jian Wei is a Design Manager with more than 7 years of design experience at Zendesk. As an individual contributor, he has designed and improved core product parts in the Zendesk product suite, notably the chat widget experience, agent experience, and most recently the Zendesk Sunshine CRM platform. Last year he was given the opportunity to step up into management.
